High Mowing is a member of the New England Prep Schools Athletic Conference (Lakes Region Division). Participation in the league involves our students in the interscholastic sports of men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, women's lacrosse and men's baseball. 

A variety of intramural and individual sports and wellness activities are also offered, which vary with the season.  These include yoga, ultimate frisbee, folk dancing, indoor rock climbing, cycling, downhill and x-country skiing, and more.
