Music

All through the day and evening, one can hear the chords of music around the school as individuals practice their instruments, train in the chorus, or rehearse with the jazz group, chamber musicians, or ensemble groups. Several students belong to the Keene Chamber Orchestra, as well as other nearby orchestras. Some participate in the New Hampshire All State Orchestra and Chorus. The spring musical at May Day involves most of the school. While most students who participate in the music program are not aspiring to be professional musicians, several do choose music for their life's work.
